Job Title – Digital Marketing Executive

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Location – Ahmedabad

Experience: - 2-3 years

Qualification - Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Website Management:

Manage and update the Shopify store, ensuring products are well-organized and easily accessible.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Shopify apps to enhance website functionality.

Routine check on pricing, stock levels, and pin-codes to ensure website accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer care team queries related to website issues and order discrepancies.

Affiliate Marketing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.

Respond to affiliate queries regarding account setup, performance metrics, and billing.

Streamline reporting and validation processes to maximize returns and efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and present detailed website sales reports, performance metrics, and other key insights on a regular basis.

Identify opportunities to optimize website functionality and affiliate marketing ROI through data analysis.
