Shopify Developer

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to manage, customize, and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Shopify themes, Liquid code, third-party integrations, and performance optimization to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites (themes, templates, sections, and apps).
• Implement pixel integrations, payment gateways, and API connections.
• Optimize website UI/UX, performance, and page load speed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth functionality across devices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve conversion rate and user journey.
• Create and modify Shopify Liquid templates based on business requirements.
• Manage Shopify Plus / basic Shopify environments and app configurations.
• Perform website audits, test updates, and manage deployments.
• Implement best practices for SEO and schema markup.
• Maintain store data integrity, ensuring all collections and product details are accurate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Shopify Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs, third-party app integrations, and custom scripts.
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git version control and modern front-end frameworks (preferred).
• Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and eCommerce UX best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify Plus, headless Shopify, or Hydrogen (optional).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience with Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, or email automation integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and design teams.
