Shoot Coordinator (Creative Styling & Content)

Every piece we create tells a story of heritage, artistry, and individuality, celebrating Indian textiles through modern silhouettes. Our collections are thoughtfully designed and stitched in various sizes, making traditional fashion accessible, wearable, and timeless.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Shoot Coordinator to take full ownership of the visual storytelling process—through fashion shoots, styling, content planning, and social media execution that reflects the soul of our handcrafted collections.

Role Overview:

The Shoot Coordinator will be responsible for planning, styling, coordinating, and executing fashion shoots end-to-end. This includes location scouting, wardrobe and jewellery styling, team coordination, collaboration management, and supporting post-production processes like image curation and editing. You’ll also contribute to social media content planning and visual storytelling aligned with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Styling & Shoot Planning

• Collaborate with the Founder to conceptualize shoot themes and visual direction.
• Work closely with the Founder to identify new sarees and salwar’s for upcoming shoots, and coordinate with the fashion designer and production team to ensure these are stitched and ready in the required model sizes.
• Style models using sarees with matching blouses or salwar’s, along with coordinated jewellery and curated props, ensuring every look aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Ensure all styling items, outfits, and shoot props are ready and packed at least one day before the shoot.
• Confirm all shoot aspects including location, model availability, and internal approvals and update the Founder for final confirmation.
• Able to shoot high-quality product images and videos using mobile, iPhone, or camera, and coordinate product shoots when required

2. Location Scouting & Fixing

• Identify and explore unique and hidden locations in and around Chennai.
• Coordinate with location proprietors for availability, permissions, and bookings.
• Conduct site visits if needed and handle all logistics related to location setup.

3. Shoot Day Execution

• Coordinate all stakeholders: Photographers, Models, Makeup Artists, Assistants.
• Prepare call sheets, shot lists, and styling references.
• Manage on-site logistics, styling continuity, and time tracking.
• Ensure safe handling of all products and props during the shoot.

4. Collaboration Management

• Coordinate with Influencers, Photographers and other creatives for brand collaborations.
• Manage communication, scheduling, and deliverables for collaborative shoots and posts.
• Ensure proper tagging, credits, and brand alignment.

5. Social Media Content Support

• Select and organize the best visuals (Photos/Videos) from shoots.
• Suggest creative ideas for Instagram posts, reels, and campaign layouts.
• Work closely with the social media team to maintain visual consistency.

6. Post-Production & Editing

• Perform basic photo editing in Adobe Photoshop (Retouching, Colour Correction).
• Assist in preparing images for website and social media.
• Archive and manage visual content for easy retrieval and repurposing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shoot Coordination, Fashion Styling, Or Creative Production.
• Strong styling skills in both Fashion and Jewellery.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and familiar with content creation tools.
• Fluent in English and Tamil.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and timelines.
• Must be based in Chennai and willing to travel for shoots and location scouting.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with Lightroom, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
• Existing network of local creatives (Models, Photographers, Stylists).
• Interest in Indian heritage fashion and handcrafted design.
