Location: Noida (Managing USA Operations)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | Weekends Off

Role Overview

We are hiring a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Shipping & Operations Manager to handle our U.S. import logistics and customs operations from our Noida office. You will coordinate with customs agents, trucking partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth cargo clearance and timely delivery of materials across the U.S.

Although this position is India-based, it requires direct coordination with U.S. stakeholders. You must be flexible to manage urgent matters beyond regular hours due to U.S. time zone operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end import operations for shipments arriving in the USA.
  • Coordinate with customs house brokers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
  • Liaise with trucking companies for movement of containers from ports to warehouses or directly to buyers.
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers/sellers to ensure complete and accurate shipping documentation.
  • Track and monitor inbound shipments, ensuring on-time clearance and delivery.
  • Oversee dispatch and delivery to buyers, maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain seamless coordination among customs brokers, agents, trucking partners, and clients.
  • Resolve operational delays or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks and shipments effectively while working under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in import logistics, customs operations, or freight coordination.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. import procedures, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with international partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics or ERP software is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks independently.
  • Ability to think clearly and perform effectively in time-sensitive and high-pressure environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
