What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our

    operations team

    in Thane, ensuring smooth handling of

    ship spare parts logistics

  • Coordinate end-to-end processes – from clearance and warehousing to urgent last-mile delivery.
  • Train and develop your team to deliver excellent service to our global marine clients.
  • Act as the

    key escalation point

  • Collaborate with international Marinetrans offices and support contract implementation.
  • Improve processes and performance across the board – we’re always aiming higher.


What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in logistics, with

    5+ in marine or ship spare parts logistics

    .
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of

    marine logistics operations

    and time-sensitive cargo.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with international ship owners or managers.
  • Familiarity with global freight systems and documentation.
  • Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.
