Billing Coordinator

Our India office is currently seeking to employ a Billing Coordinator. This is a back office/data entry role in the Billing Department.

• Act as a bridge between operations and billing teams.
• Close billing files and follow up with agents for invoices.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as required by ops/billing/back office teams.
• Perform data entry: update sales charges and costs in the system/portal.
• Follow up with customers for billing POs and upload documents.
• Handle all types of business correspondence related to billing.
• Communicate with internal teams and maintain the general calendar.
• Manage duties assigned by team leads or directors.
• Adjust to flexible work hours when necessary.

• 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Understanding of shipping processes preferred
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
