Shipping Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new shipping construction and repair projects.
• Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and requirements for accurate estimation.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs to prepare competitive quotations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide timely and accurate estimation reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in shipping estimation (new builds and repairs).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping industry standards, costing methods, and estimation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 (as per company standards)

• Performance-Based Increment

  : Every 6 months

• Annual Salary Revision

  : Based on performance
