Shift Superintendent

As a Shift Engineer, your role will involve ensuring the implementation of safety procedures and processes related to workplace safety and waste management in the fields. You will act as Incident command control until the arrival of SSM in case of ERCP incidences. Monitoring the consumption of raw materials and utilities shift-wise, troubleshooting process parameters and equipment conditions, and utilizing the OMPro tool effectively are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth plant operation - Lead speedy restart of production post-plant breakdown - Highlight exceptions in parameters affecting product quality - Coordinate training for panel and field operators - Share learnings from incidents and root cause analyses - Maintain shift logs for respective areas/equipment - Reduce effluent generation and waste during grade change over in shift - Fulfil identified training needs for self Qualification Required: - Education: B.E./ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering with good academic records - Experience: 5 years for both Degree and Diploma holders in the role of Shift Engineer As a Shift Engineer, you should possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, people management skills, planning and decision-making skills, good communication skills, team work, leadership skills, and technical proficiency.,
