Shift Manager

A Shift Supervisor in a coffee shop with billing responsibilities is responsible for managing the coffee bar, ensuring quality, and providing excellent customer service. Their duties may include:

• Managing the coffee bar: Overseeing the coffee program, inventory, workflow, and costs
• Maintaining quality: Developing guidelines and conducting quality control audits to ensure consistent beverages
• Customer service: Greeting customers, remembering their drinks, and creating a fun experience
• Preparing drinks: Making coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and chai
• Cleaning and stocking: Deep cleaning machines, sanitizing ice bins, and restocking supplies
• Taking orders and payment: Processing orders and receiving payment
• Following policies: Adhering to health and safety guidelines, operational policies, and cash handling policies
• Working flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
