We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide accurate room rates, availability, and hotel information to guests
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of reservations and modifications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Meet or exceed reservation targets and performance goals
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Shift Details:
- 10-hour shift
- 4 days off in a month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
