With over 100+ facilities and 15,000+ employees nationwide, we excel in sectors like e-commerce, consumer goods, life sciences, and technology.Role Purpose:The Shift Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end warehouse operations during the assigned shift.Key Responsibilities:Shift Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day inbound (receipts, put-away) and outbound (picking, packing, dispatch) activities.
Ensure on-time order fulfillment with accuracy.
Monitor dock operations, loading/unloading, and shift schedules.

Manpower & Team Handling

Allocate tasks to warehouse associates, supervisors, and operators.
Ensure productivity targets are met during the shift.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain efficiency and discipline.

Inventory & Process Control

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Implement SOPs for material handling, storage, and movement.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Maintain compliance with warehouse policies, legal requirements, and customer SOPs.
