Shift Lead

Job Title: Shift LeadJob Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Shift Lead to manage operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to maintain service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and supply management.
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reporting.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift activities and issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,675.53 - ₹1,724,169.61 per year
