You Are Responsible For

• Managing daily operations during the shift, including assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Handling any staffing issues, including attendance, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Preparing reports on shift performance and communicating updates to upper management.
  

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
