Manage shift-wise manpower and ensure effective deployment

Oversee electrical maintenance for CGL 1 & 2, N2 Plant, Propane Yard, Bell Annealing, and CRM (at least one area mandatory)

Drive business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimize equipment failures and unplanned downtime

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Review and validate monthly reliability and downtime reports

3.

Ensure working safely is a condition of employment

Ensure safety is a core value and condition of employment

Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions

Enforce PPE usage and safe work practices
Coordinate with relevant teams for Safe Work Permits (SWP)

Execute monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedules

Ensure availability and optimal inventory of critical spares

5.

Monitor and optimize energy consumption across electrical systems

Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives
