Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Incharge to join our team at Aarti Industries Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shift management and supervision, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
Implement and maintain safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Shift Incharge or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production processes and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with quality control measures and inventory management systems.
