Shift Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Operations:
• Monitor electrical systems during assigned shifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies efficiently.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and safety checks.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with mechanical and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Report shift activities and issues to the Engineering Manager.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in Floor and building.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Conditions:

• 3 Rotational shifts (including nights and weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
