Coordinate with lab, quality and finishing teams. Maintain batch records, chemical usage, and machine logs. Ensure machine upkeep, worker safety and process discipline. Implement cost control and waste reduction measures. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of dyeing processes for cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. Good understanding of dyes, chemicals, and machine parameters. Problem-solving and analytical ability for shade correction. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
