Job Description

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical service support including shade matching, color support, troubleshooting, and complaint handling on applicator lines (plastic painting).
Conduct trials, product approvals, and implementation of new products for business development.
Manage sales and service activities with OEM applicators while ensuring collections as per company norms.
Build and sustain strong relationships with OEMs (HMIL, RN, Isuzu, MSIL, KOEM, etc.) and Tier-1 suppliers for long-term business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and R&D for new developments and approvals.
Represent the company in OEM discussions and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Support training and development initiatives for the sales and technical teams.
Drive budget delivery within existing and new businesses.
