In addition to the above responsibilities, you are required to possess the following competencies and skills: - Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in Lamps (Bulb + LED type), HVAC, and proprietary parts. - Experience in the development of Lamps, HVAC, and proprietary parts, including awareness of systems like APQP, PPAP, and Peak Volume Trials. - Ability to identify gaps in tools, fixtures, welding, and assembly processes. - Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO and IATF. - Strong analytical and data compilation skills. - Effective presentation and communication abilities. - Participation in theme-based Quality improvement activities. - Team collaboration skills. - Knowledge of IOT & digitalization.
