Job Description

Critical Skills to Possess: Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and limitations. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system administration. Maintain and optimize Salesforce integrations with other systems. Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and user guides. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with users at all levels. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Resolve user issues related to Salesforce configuration, functionality, and integrations in a timely manner. Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience Roles and Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and user management. Maintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with external systems and third-party applications. Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to ensure platform efficiency, stability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations in a timely manner. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement changes effectively. Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation including system configurations, process flows, and user guides. Train and support end-users to ensure adoption and efficient use of Salesforce capabilities. Stay updated on Salesforce platform changes and best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
