Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Project Manager

with

10+ years

of expertise in

Salesforce.com project management, design, and development

. This role is crucial for optimizing the Salesforce platform to drive enterprise-wide CRM strategies, enhance customer engagement, and improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead

Salesforce implementation, customization, and security initiatives

, while managing a high-performing Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute
CRM strategies
to support internal and external business growth campaigns.
Provide
regular performance reporting
and insights to key stakeholders.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of
new Salesforce features and capabilities
.

Project & Team Management:

Oversee the
Salesforce development and administration team
, including
hiring, training, and performance evaluation
.
Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and within budget
.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between
Sales, Marketing, IT, and other teams
.

Salesforce Customization & Implementation:

Lead the
design, customization, and implementation
of
Salesforce solutions
to meet business needs.
Optimize
Lightning Flows, OmniStudio, and Vlocity (preferred)
for efficient business processes.
Maintain
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omnichannel
integrations.

Security & Compliance:

Implement
robust security measures
to protect sensitive data within the Salesforce platform.
Ensure compliance with
industry regulations and company policies
related to CRM data security.

Issue Resolution & Documentation:

Manage and resolve
complex technical and functional issues
within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Maintain
detailed documentation
on processes, policies, and application configurations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce System Architect
Platform App Builder
Platform Developer II

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience with
Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC
.
Proficiency with
Salesforce developer tools
: Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX.
Data mapping and web services
expertise.

Domain Knowledge:

Experience with
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omnichannel
.
Knowledge of
Lightning flows, OmniStudio, and Vlocity (preferred)
.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years of hands-on experience
in Salesforce
project management, design, and development
.
Proven ability to
lead Salesforce teams and drive technical strategy
.
Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
.
Ability to
communicate effectively
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
