SETL Samp Preparation lab PCB - Quality

Understanding of metallurgy and furnace ( TRU/ Muffle/ Induction amd Gas ) operation,Having understanding of environmental applicable Acts & Rules Carry out Sample prepaarion laboratory setting and operation. Supervise day to day operation of all equipment's. Understanding of combustion chemistry/E waste and PCB characteristics, burning process and Environment al impact. Knowledge went of digitalisation, LIMBS, Sample preparation, roasting, matting and melting.
Managing diverse lab operations across Preprocessing, and RM Lab, Understanding of Calcination process, roasting of PCB, matting and melting process, know trouble shooting and required solution for operation of Thermal reduction, Gas and Induction furnaces. Coordination with Process and operation team.Ensuring all equipment undergoes timely AMC and calibration with traceable CRM standards to achieve precise ppm and ppb measurements for quality control.Maintaining accuracy of test results under commercial pressures, especially for moisture % in PCB quality.Developing a skilled team to prevent contamination in sample preparation, standardization of equipment, validation of test report as even small ppm deviations can significantly impact plant processes.To support Plant, finance, Commercial & Procurement & sourcing Team. Coordination with National and Internation laboratories surveying commercial PCB and CU scraps, Anode Samples and commercial export samples – Alfred H Knight, etc.
