Job Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to identify and assess customer service requirements during the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to articulate the value of Services offerings.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and align services solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to design and scope custom service solutions.
  • Stay updated on service offerings and their integration with our products to ensure accurate and impactful positioning.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP documents with a focus on services components.
  • Support AEs in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with both customer goals and company objectives.
  • Build expertise, understanding and stay up to date on the Mindtickle Product Portfolio.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to highlight differentiators in service offerings versus competitors.
  • Gather insights from client interactions to refine service packages and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to product and services teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Have 6+ years of experience in consulting, sales, pre-sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Possess a strong understanding of enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
  • Have a proven track record of presenting and delivering solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Are familiar with sales processes and methodologies, especially in high-tech environments.
  • Can effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication.
  • Have a solid understanding of services delivery models.
  • Are able to support prospects and customers in the UK and Eastern USA time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales enablement or a related domain.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • A track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
