About the Role:

OT Presales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their industrial automation and digital transformation requirements.
• Design and propose technical architectures involving

  SCADA, PLCs, HMI, IIoT platforms, and Edge computing

  solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations, particularly around

  Ignition (Inductive Automation)

  ,

  Siemens

  ,

  Rockwell

  ,

  Wonderware

  , and similar technologies.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Support

  IT-OT convergence

  initiatives, integrating automation systems with enterprise IT applications (MES, ERP, cloud analytics).
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in

  Industrial IoT, cybersecurity in OT environments

  , and

  smart manufacturing

  .
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and customers to enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years

  of experience in

  OT / Industrial Automation / Presales

  roles.
• Strong expertise in

  SCADA, PLCs, HMI systems

  , and

  Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, OPC, MQTT, etc.)

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Ignition

  platform preferred.
• Proven experience in

  IT-OT convergence

  and

  IIoT solution architecture

  .
• Familiarity with

  Edge devices, industrial networking, and cloud integration

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering

  or related field.
