Job Title: OT Presales Manager Location: Delhi, India About the Role: We are seeking an experienced OT Presales Manager to lead and support technical solutioning, proposal development, and client engagements in the domain of Industrial Automation , IIoT , and IT-OT convergence . The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS, and industrial protocols , along with strong business acumen to bridge operational technology and information technology landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their industrial automation and digital transformation requirements. Design and propose technical architectures involving SCADA, PLCs, HMI, IIoT platforms, and Edge computing solutions. Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations, particularly around Ignition (Inductive Automation) , Siemens , Rockwell , Wonderware , and similar technologies. Work closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Support IT-OT convergence initiatives, integrating automation systems with enterprise IT applications (MES, ERP, cloud analytics). Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. Stay updated on emerging trends in Industrial IoT, cybersecurity in OT environments , and smart manufacturing . Build strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and customers to enhance solution offerings. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in OT / Industrial Automation / Presales roles. Strong expertise in SCADA, PLCs, HMI systems , and Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, OPC, MQTT, etc.) . Hands-on knowledge of Ignition platform preferred. Proven experience in IT-OT convergence and IIoT solution architecture . Familiarity with Edge devices, industrial networking, and cloud integration . Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
