The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Dayforce HCM implementation projects across multiple countries in the Asia region. This role oversees the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget, while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management discipline, cross-functional coordination capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-country environment. A PMP or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage. What you ll get to do Project Governance and ExecutionManage full project lifecycle from Kick-off through Go-Live and Hypercare, ensuring adherence to delivery methodology and GPMO governance frameworks. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines. Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined, documented, and achieved. Oversee project financials including effort tracking, scope management, change control, and forecast accuracy. Stakeholder and Client ManagementServe as the primary project liaison with customer stakeholders across multiple Asian countries. Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional coordination sessions. Manage customer expectations and ensure timely communication of project progress, issues, and decisions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Dayforce solutions. Team Leadership and CoordinationLead cross-functional delivery teams comprising Solutions Consultants, Implementation Consultants, COE specialists, Product, Support, and Ops Managed groups. Coordinate resource planning and assist in the identification of required skills, competencies, and staffing needs. Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and foster a collaborative working environment among internal and external stakeholders. Risk, Issue, and Change ManagementProactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation and resolution plans in alignment with PMO requirements. Escalate critical items promptly to leadership and address dependencies impacting project timelines or quality. Manage scope changes through formal change request processes and assess impact on timelines and financials. Quality and ComplianceEnsure project documentation, testing cycles, configurations, and cutover activities meet internal quality standards and regional statutory requirements. Coordinate UAT planning, parallel payroll runs, data validation activities, and readiness assessments. Collaborate with COE and CQM teams to uphold quality assurance checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle. Customer Success and TransitionSupport customer readiness activities including training coordination, solution walkthroughs, and transition to Support and Customer Success teams. Ensure post-Go-Live stabilization aligns with the 2-month hypercare framework and meets customer satisfaction expectations. Skills and experience we value Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 5 10 years of experience managing HCM, HRIS, Payroll, WFM, ERP, or similar enterprise technology implementation projects. Experience delivering multi-country or regional rollout programs in Asia is preferred. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous. Experience with Dayforce or other enterprise HCM solutions is an asset. Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
