Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform focused on HR Service Delivery modules.
Customize and configure HRSD applications including:

HR Case Management
HR Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center (Portal)
Lifecycle Events (Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions)
Employee Document Management
HR Performance Analytics

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow configurations.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (e.g., Active Directory via LDAP).
Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality.
Ensure seamless user experience through customized forms, lists, and workflows.
Provide technical leadership during implementation phases including CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and customization.
Strong understanding of HR processes and shared services.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and LDAP configurations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
ITIL Foundation (a plus)
