Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the

    Training Department

    in managing and updating the

    Learning Management Portal

    and ensuring smooth operations of all training activities.
  • Coordinate with Training Consultants and external vendors

    for scheduling, content development, training logistics, and timely execution of training programs.

  • Support in

    training needs identification (TNI)

    , maintaining training calendars, and ensuring timely nominations and participation from various departments.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update

    Training MIS reports

    , dashboards, attendance records, feedback analysis, and training effectiveness data.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of

    e-learning modules

    , training content, and assessment materials.
  • Ensure

    timely communication

    of training schedules, reminders, and post-training feedback collection from participants.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Training & Development, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Training Coordination / Learning & Development preferred.
