Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock to maintain accurate levels. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on tasks such as ordering supplies, managing cash handling responsibilities, and resolving customer complaints.
