Job Description

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate store staff to maximize productivity.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Monitor stock levels, execute purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Oversee billing, cash handling, daily closing reports, and POS system activities.
Implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve store profitability.
Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
Plan and execute visual merchandising, offers, and promotional activities.
Conduct stock audits, prevent shrinkage and ensure loss control measures.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, expenses, and performance KPIs.
