Senior Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations & enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into user stories and functional specs.
Support ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Case Management, and HRSD.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Ensure
4-hour overlap with US (PST)
stakeholders for meetings and sprint activities.
Participate in UAT, develop test cases, and validate solutions.
Manage enhancements, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
Prepare BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Provide timely status updates to leadership and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

810 years
of experience as a BSA/Product Analyst with strong ServiceNow background.
Hands-on experience in
HRSD
and core ServiceNow modules.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with reporting, workflows, and integrations.
Exposure to ServiceNow Security modules and scripting (added advantage).
Experience with upgrades or platform migrations is a plus.
