About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of different network topologies.
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points (Wi-Fi), and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of network services across the organization.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g.,

  Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA

  ) and ensure network security best practices are implemented.
• Manage Wi-Fi networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize wireless performance.
• Hands on the policy, rules, and routing configuration on firewall and switches
• Hands on for the IPSec and SSL VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS and SASE connectivity configuration
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 (M365) networking and security components.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures. Generate network performance reports, periodically.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on networking best practices.
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network performance and security.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
• Work with vendors and service providers to manage network-related projects and services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation or post-graduation in engineering - Computer Engineering or Electronics.
• 7-10 years of experience in network engineering, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Wi-Fi solutions and NAC solutions.
• Solid understanding of network security principles, VPNs, and access control measures.
• Experience with M365 networking, security, and integration.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Micro segmentation, QoS, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols.
• Understanding of information security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, 9001, TISAX, NIST, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) for network management.
