Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Project leadership:

    Lead full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, managing project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Solution design:

    Translate HR and IT business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring compliance with global processes and local laws.
  • Implementation and configuration:

    Configure modules such as Employee Data, Organization Management, Global Benefits, Time Off, and Workflows. This includes designing and configuring Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Rules, and Workflows.
  • Integration:

    Ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (like Compensation, Performance, and Recruitment) and third-party applications.
  • Data migration:

    Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Testing and support:

    Lead and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
  • Team and stakeholder management:

    Guide and mentor team members, manage timelines, risks, and deliverables, and serve as the liaison between HR, IT, and vendors.
  • Training and change management:

    Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure adoption and effective use of the system.
  • Continuous improvement:

    Stay updated on SAP best practices and product releases to introduce innovations and support ongoing system optimization.

Key qualifications

  • Significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, often with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is frequently a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring Employee Central functionalities like workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
