Responsible for testing ServiceNow SAM implementations, ensuring that software asset management processes and workflows meet business and compliance requirements.
Review SAM requirements, business rules, and workflows.
Develop and execute test cases for ServiceNow SAM modules.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Validate license compliance, entitlements, and inventory reconciliation processes.
Document defects, track resolution, and verify fixes.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and administrators.
Support platform upgrades and enhancements with testing.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow SAM or ITAM modules.
Knowledge of software license types, compliance rules, and asset lifecycle.
Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, CMDB, and reporting.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center).
