Role & responsibilities

ServiceNow Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  technical design, development, and implementation

  of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  
• Customize and configure

  ServiceNow modules

  (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
• Develop

  custom applications

  ,

  flows

  ,

  UI policies

  ,

  business rules

  ,

  client scripts

  , and

  integration workflows

  using ServiceNow Studio.
• Implement

  ServiceNow Integrations

  with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or IntegrationHub.
• Ensure platform

  governance, upgrades, and performance optimization

  .
• Work closely with architects to maintain platform roadmap and release management.
  
• Conduct

  code reviews
