Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have between 7 and 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specifically in ServiceNow Support and Development. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise support/development staff to ensure efficient operations. Engage with stakeholders through communication and training to build strong relationships. Provide support to customers across various time zones, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Offer on-call support, monitoring SLAs, and act as an escalation point for resolving problems. Assess problems and identify technical solutions to improve processes. Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of total IT experience, including at least 5 years in ServiceNow Support and Development. BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field. ServiceNow Certifications - CSA plus 1 mainline certification. Good understanding of ITIL Foundations v3 certified, v4 preferred. Experience in managing enhancements using Agile Framework. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
