ServiceNow SPM Consultant/Developer

Hiring for an IT company

Key Roles:

• 5–10+ years of ServiceNow experience; 4+ years in SPM/PPM.
• Strong functional understanding of:
• PMO processes
• Project lifecycle management
• Agile & SAFe delivery
• Application Portfolio Management
• IT financial planning & budgeting
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, Financials
• APM (Capabilities, Tech Portfolios, Application Lifecycle)
• Roadmaps & OKRs
• Strong JavaScript & Glide development experience.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications:
• CSA (System Administrator)
• CIS–SPM / CIS–PPM
• CAD (Application Developer)
• Experience with:
• SAFe / Agile frameworks
• Jira / ADO integrations
• Financial Management & Cost Modeling
• Performance Analytics
• Experience working with PMO, CIO Office, Enterprise Architecture, and Finance teams.
