Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) Specialist. Should have 8 years experience into Servicenow SAM.The role involves managing and optimizing software assets through the ServiceNow platform, implementing SAM processes, developing and maintaining SAM reports, and ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements. The ServiceNow SAM Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAM practices, provide valuable insights for license optimization, and manage software audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially with SAM modules
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining SAM processes and reports
• Familiarity with software licensing agreements and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
• Experience in IT consulting or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
