Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HRSD ServiceNow Specialist at QuantumHive. Should have 6 years experinece into HRSD.The HRSD ServiceNow Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of implementing, optimizing, and managing the HRSD module within the ServiceNow platform. This includes configuration, customization, and ongoing support of the HRSD module to ensure it aligns with client business needs. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the seamless integration of the HRSD module with other ServiceNow components.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration and customization
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps
• Skills in workflow automation and business process integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects
• Experience in IT consulting or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
