Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Mapping ServiceNow specialist. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as configuring and maintaining ServiceNow service mapping, collaborating with various teams to understand service requirements, performing data analysis, and ensuring that service maps are accurate and up-to-date. The specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and enhancing existing service mapping processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service experience
• Experience with ServiceNow service mapping or related modules is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
