Job Description
Listing Name:ServiceNowEngineerGENERAL FUNCTION1. 4 to 6 year years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping and Discovery modules2. Certified in CIS -ITSM , CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping3. Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for on-prem / cloud inventory4. Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives5. Hands-on experience in Building and supporting integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery6. Expertise in Setting up and administration of MID servers7. Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules8. Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources. Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues.9. Expert knowledge in defining identification and reconciliation rulesArea of ResponsibilityIncident MgtRelease ManagementLicense Mgt Vulnerability MgtPatchingClone DownsUpgrades, including skips and testingDSA (Distributed Security Access) and MyAccessDR Testing
