Job Description Listing Name:ServiceNowEngineer GENERAL FUNCTION 1. 4 to 6 year years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping and Discovery modules 2. Certified in CIS -ITSM , CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping 3. Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for on-prem / cloud inventory 4. Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives 5. Hands-on experience in Building and supporting integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery 6. Expertise in Setting up and administration of MID servers 7. Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules 8. Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources. Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues. 9. Expert knowledge in defining identification and reconciliation rules Area of Responsibility Incident Mgt Release Management License Mgt Vulnerability Mgt Patching Clone Downs Upgrades, including skips and testing DSA (Distributed Security Access) and MyAccess DR Testing
