Position Overview

ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain

  ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA)

  indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards.
• Design and generate

  custom reports

  leveraging Platform Analytics to meet business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, data-driven reporting solutions within ServiceNow.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all analytics and reporting outputs.
• Analyze trends and generate insights to support process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver optimized analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to analytics, data sources, indicators, and report performance.
• Maintain documentation for analytics configurations, reporting standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 8 years

  of hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Performance Analytics (PA)

  including indicators, breakdowns, data collectors, automated jobs, and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of

  ServiceNow data models

  , tables, and relationships.
• Experience creating operational, performance, and executive-level reports within ServiceNow.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in hybrid or collaborative team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Performance Analytics.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow analytics with third-party reporting tools (optional).
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
