Job Description

The Business Solution Manager acts as the link between business teams and technology, ensuring solutions are feasible, well-designed, and successfully rolled out. The role focuses on refining business needs, coordinating cross-functional delivery, managing integrations, driving adoption, and ensuring value realization.

Accountability 1

Work with business stakeholders to refine requirements and align on expected outcomes.
Assess end-to-end feasibility, integrations, and technical readiness for proposed solutions.
Coordinate across product, engineering, infra, security, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
Build and manage rollout plans, including UAT, communication, training, and hypercare.
Handle change impacts, cross-functional dependencies, and integration challenges.
Track adoption and measure business value delivered post-implementation.
Provide regular updates to business, manage expectations, and escalate risks or delays.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Certification in Agile / Waterfall methodology as Scrum Master / Product Owner.

Experience:

510 years in IT, digital delivery, business analysis, or solution management.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and system workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and planning capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional delivery and change management.
