• Provide technical expertise in

  ServiceNow Tools Administration

  to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive

  technical documentation

  to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support for end-users.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Performance Analytics reports and dashboards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues within ServiceNow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform.

Skills Required:

• Experience in

  ServiceNow Tools Administration

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
