The essential requirements of the job include:

Basic knowledge of vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (eg, CrowdStrike, SCCM, Microsoft Intune Admin Center).
Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune.
Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.
