ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Developer / Specialist

to design, configure, and maintain dashboards, indicators, and reports across

ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules

. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights through real-time and trend-based analytics, enabling business teams to make informed decisions aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Performance Analytics (PA) indicators, breakdowns, and widgets in ServiceNow.
• Develop and deliver real-time and trend-based dashboards for ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Create and maintain reports, scorecards, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Use PA Workbenches to design and optimize data collection jobs and improve performance.
• Automate report distribution and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Configure drill-downs, breakdown sources, and data collectors to provide actionable insights.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA).
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and trend analysis reports.
• Ability to configure PA Workbenches, data collectors, and breakdown sources.
• Experience automating report distribution and ensuring high-quality data.
  

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant PA certifications.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Good scripting knowledge (TCL, JavaScript, or Python) for advanced PA customization.
