8+ years on ServiceNow with leadership in legal service delivery implementations.
Expertise in technical design and architecture for ServiceNow legal workflows.
Ability to lead workshops, requirement sessions, and mentor developers."CAD certification and ITIL 4.
Experience in integrated projects with HR, IT, or compliance teams.
Exposure to automation and AI capabilities."
Strong experience in customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
Ownership of best practices for testing, QA, and risk mitigation."
