ServiceNow Leads

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver
ServiceNow platform development
and enhancements
Drive
multi-module implementations
(ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
Design and implement
custom applications and integrations
Provide
technical leadership
and guide developers
Work closely with
customer stakeholders
to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow ITSM
Exposure to
ITOM and/or HRSD
(multi-module experience preferred)
ServiceNow platform development
and
custom application integrations
Experience with
CSM or SPM
(mandatory for Developer roles)
Strong
technical leadership capability
(for Lead roles)
Proven experience interacting with
customer/business stakeholders

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
