Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Lead Consultant

Location: Pan India

Experience: 8+ yrs

Job Type : Contract to hire

Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Lead Consultant.

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 4 years in an architect role.

• Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB design and maintenance.

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS) and development on the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficiency in MID Server configuration, ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping.

• Experience with Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management integrations.
